Singleton MTB Feasibility Study

Singleton Council has engaged Common Ground Trails to undertake a mountain biking feasibility study to determine the feasibility of a local scale mountain biking trail network in Singleton.

This study aims to

-   Understand rider preferences and the size of the mountain biking market in Singleton

-   Identify a suitable site for an authorised local scale trail network

-   Assess the suitability of three sites, Fern Gully Road, Bridgman Road, and Pioneer Road for a potential trail network

Thank you for being involved, please share your ideas for MTB trail development in Singleton.

How to fill out the survey and use the mapping tool

Step 1. Fill out the Rider Survey

This short survey will take approximately 5 minutes and will tell us about you and how you currently use trails in Singleton.

Step 2. Click on each of the three proposed sites to fill in a survey on each site.

Share your thoughts on each of the proposed sites, and let us know what you think about creating an authorised trail network there.

Step 3. Place Blue Markers on the map to tell us about places you think a pump track or skills park could go.

Add marker/s to the map to identify:

-       Pump track or skills park locations.

Step 4. Place Pink Markers to identify other potential sites of interest

Add marker/s to the map to identify:

-       Mountain bike trail network sites and opportunities

Thank you for your contribution to the Singleton Mountain Bike Trail Feasibility Study

You will need to fill out your email when you place a marker, but you only need to do this once by selecting 'remember me'. Personal information collected will ONLY be used to moderate responses.

Please give as much information as possible when you place a marker. If there is already a marker on the map, you are able to add additional comment and information as well as 'like' the trail or idea.

Please note the potential trails and facilities identified through this survey will not necessarily be constructed, but will inform where there is demand for trails.
